The yoga challenge benefitsThe Yoga Challenge is a type of class that is offered by a growing number of studios, in which participants take a class every day for thirty consecutive days. This is an activity that a rising number of people have been trying, including everyone from yoga beginners to those who are quite experienced with the practice.

There are a range of different mental and physical benefits that can be experienced by taking the Yoga Challenge. That said, this practice isn’t for everybody. While it is safe for most people, it is still very important for you to speak with your doctor about your intention to give it a try. This will provide you with the opportunity to find out if it will be safe and effective for you, and will let you know about any adjustments you might need to make to certain poses, in order to avoid injury or other problems.
