We’ve all found ourselves binging on something we know we shouldn’t but seemingly unable to stop. After all, you’ve already eaten that many chips, so you may as well polish off the bag, right? For some of us, the common binge trigger foods are sugary sweet treats. For others, it’s fatty or salty snacks.
